We spent 2 nights here with our niece and loved the spacious room. The staff were amazing, especially Rafiya, who made our check-in easy and assisted us with local cab services. The location was perfect, close to Chowpatty Beach.

In my children’s opinion, breakfast options could be improved. The food felt a bit lackluster for what we expected.

Also, I faced confusion regarding breakfast payments that complicated my stay, as the system errors caused unexpected charges.

The food they serve at the restaurant is top-notch honestly we indulged in everything we could try and it was all really tasty. Plus, they offer a balcony where you can just chill out and enjoy fresh air after a long day

The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooftop terrace offered a stunning city view that was a highlight of my visit, making evenings very enjoyable.

The only drawback was the limited availability of amenities.

Despite the good location and helpful bell boys, the rude reception staff overshadowed our experience, and the lack of sufficient towels was disappointing.

I absolutely loved the personalized service! The staff made me feel at home during my 1-night stay. Just a bit disappointed with the smoking smell in the room. 😕
