Krishna Palace Hotel - Mumbai

We spent 2 nights here with our niece and loved the spacious room. The staff were amazing, especially Rafiya, who made our check-in easy and assisted us with local cab services. The location was perfect, close to Chowpatty Beach.

In my children's opinion, breakfast options could be improved. The food felt a bit lackluster for what we expected.

Modern rooms with soft beds, decent value.

A nice size and brand-new rooms with a mini-bar, an iron and ironing board, and a coffee/tea maker, comfortable beds. Strategic location, a walking distance from Ragini Doshi. Situated 15 mins walk from the bus stop.

The location provides easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, including an electric kettle, but the TV had limited channels and technical issues arose. Breakfast was disappointing, lacking in flavor, and the restaurant prices felt steep for the quality offered. Staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.

Great Stay with Friendly Staff

Just spent 2 nights here and it was a solid experience! The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a kettle for tea. Super nice team, especially in the restaurant. Had a bit of trouble with the TV channels, but that was minor. Breakfast could use some work, though. Still, pretty nice place overall!

Upon arrival, I found issues with my room allocation as my requested twin rooms weren't available, leading to a frustrating start after a long journey. The room had a lingering smell, likely from prior guests, and the fitness center lacked proper air conditioning. I faced confusion regarding breakfast payments that complicated my stay, as the system errors caused unexpected charges.

Family with children will love it here

The food they serve at the restaurant is great honestly we indulged in everything we could try and it was all really tasty. Plus, they offer a balcony where you can just chill out and enjoy fresh air after a long day

It wasn't exactly cheap for what it offered but it does have its moments of satisfaction

The overall experience could greatly benefit from improved air conditioning in hallways and reception!!! The gym facility desperately needs proper climate control, working out in a stuffy room isn't pleasant. Consider better soundproofing in rooms, especially those with adjoining doors!!!

While the fitness center lacked air conditioning, the location offered easy access to many attractions. A pleasant introduction to Mumbai!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaning staff did an excellent job, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The rooftop terrace offered a fine city view that was a highlight of my visit.

The only drawback was the limited availability of amenities.

Despite the good location and helpful bell boys, the rude reception staff overshadowed our experience, and the lack of sufficient towels was disappointing.
